You are supporting independent Moroccan crafts mens and a young creative business by purchasing from us! Handcrafted artifacts from the Worlds Handicrafts are ethically imported. We visit traditional souks, which are vibrant Moroccan markets packed with beautiful handcrafted items. We hand-pick the most amazing finds and bring them back to you. We also aim to support talented crafts mens from around the world by presenting their work on our website. It’s our method of encouraging originality and ingenuity.
We’re not happy unless you’re happy! We want to satisfy, so if you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to improve it! Please notify us through email within 5 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it. For a full refund, please return undamaged product to us within 14 days, Contact Us Please For Return Address ( same time you can keep the item and we will progress refunds (only for the same item ), securely packaged.
Returns must be received within 14 days after purchase.
Your purchases must be in brand new condition with no evidence of wear.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returning the goods.

We collaborate with these artists to resurrect traditional art and offer new life to those who have been affected by the economic and social upheavals of human communities.
When and how can I order?
You can place an order on our website at any time of day, seven days a week. All orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Because some email boxes are more sensitive than others, our email may get up there. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. are standard business hours (EDT local time). Emails are frequently checked and answered to outside of work hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Within 48 hours after placing your order, your order will be dispatched from Montreal, Canada using Canada Post services. We’ll send you an email once your order has been shipped.
All of our online transactions are handled safely by PayPal . We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as debit cards and direct PayPal payments.
