The lamp is absolutely beautiful. I spoke with the store owner Yassine and he was extremely helpful and replied promptly to my questions. He helped me out every step of the way. I received it 2 days earlier than the actual delivery date. I did have to pay for shipping and it was 50$ for customs fees and taxes. I live in Ontario Canada. The lamp was well packaged. It came with a light bulb. I unfortunately tested it in one of my stand up lamps at home and overloaded it and it died 🫤. I had to go get a new one. But I could easily find a bulb that fit in the lamp at a Home Depot in my city. An electrician did put it up for me and you do need to purchase another piece to attach the base to the ceiling. I’m not sure what it was called but if an electrician is installing it for you they should know what you need.
